Areas of Practice
Wills, Trusts, and Estate Planning
While most people understand the importance of making their final wishes known through a will or trust, many people overlook the importance of other estate planning documents such as powers of attorney and living will declarations, or simply don’t have a full picture of all the options available to them. We can help you understand and implement any and all of these important tools.
Probate & Trust Administration
Navigating the court system may be one of the last things we want to think about when we lose someone close to us, but it’s a necessary step under almost any circumstance. Representation by a Florida licensed attorney is required in some cases, and guidance from one is always beneficial. We are here to assist you through the process with thoughtful and thorough representation.
Real Estate Law
Buying or selling a home or investment property can be exciting. Having a knowledgeable attorney by your side from the initial review of an offer to the final signature at the closing table provides peace of mind as well as preventing otherwise unforeseen problems from arising down the road. We can provide that peace of mind and help you avoid pitfalls that may otherwise remain hidden until it’s too late.

Meet the team
A native Floridian, Brad was a schoolteacher here in Palm Beach County before rerouting his career path. After earning a law degree from the Dickinson School of Law at Penn State, he returned to South Florida and soon found his niche: helping clients secure the present and look towards the future through the crafting of their estate plans and counseling in real estate transactions. Brad subsequently earned a Master of Laws degree from Stetson University College of Law to further his ability to counsel clients. Over the years, he has also gained extensive experience representing fiduciaries in the administration of probate estates and trusts.
